Packages are tailored according to each establishment’s needs, type of consultancy/training and number of consultants required. Daily rate per consultant will be in the range £420-£1000 depending on the number of attendees and the amount of preparation required.

All AtTech Edu Limited quoted prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at 20% where applicable. Not all consultants are VAT registered.

All travel expenses and any necessary accommodation is included in the price quoted except for international work where accommodation, transfers and flights (premium economy or business for long haul journeys where possible) will be negotiated prior to booking, depending on the distance and length of stay.

Each package will be fully bespoke and as such the details will have to be negotiated with the consultant concerned to fit the specific brief on each occasion. The offer to schools includes free school improvement support materials, which can be supplied via a cloud service or other storage means.

A consultancy day usually runs from 8:30 to 4.00 with a 30 minute lunch or working lunch when appropriate; consultancy hours are negotiable; half a day is 3 ½ hours. A full day will include, 5.5 hours of face to face time, 1.5 hours of planning time and a visit note. A half day will include, 3 hours of face to face time, 30 minutes planning time and a visit note.

With after school CPD, for every hour of face to face time there will be 20mins of planning time. CPD training will be charged at an hourly rate when over 2.5 hours. For less than 2.5 hours a half day will be charged. Hourly rates will be negotiated and will depend on location.

Other time spent planning, reading documents, analysing data and report writing will be negotiated with schools and consultants and included pro rata.

We are priced to offer value for money. Consultants will offer ongoing advice by email and telephone support for simple queries and clarification, subject to reasonable use policy.
Terms

Acceptance of any quote from AtTech Edu Limited implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled without full charges being payable unless at least one calendar month’s notice is given (two months for school reviews or training days).

I will send emails to check the school is happy with the work. Once the work has been completed to the satisfaction of the school, including any agreed written report(s), invoices (together with any relevant receipts) will be submitted via email.

Invoices will be settled within 30 days.

Consultants will ensure that any information acquired as a result of their work in schools remains confidential between them and the client and that appropriate care is taken to ensure the security and protection of any such information. Any school documents/information that it is essential to remove from the school building will be properly destroyed/deleted when they are no longer required for the work in hand.

All consultants are fully quality assured by AtTech Edu Limited.

All consultants are fully qualified teachers with a UK teaching certificate from the GTC or equivalent.
